Partial Wedding Planning Package
This package is for the bride who wishes to design and plan her wedding, but would like a wedding coordinator to handle the details so that she can relax and enjoy her day! We’ll begin refining plans with you several months before your wedding to ensure that the wedding day flows perfectly. This package includes:
- An initial consultation with both coordinators and unlimited phone consultations to address any questions or concerns you may have
- Vendor recommendations, development of vendor schedules, and confirmation of all vendors prior to the wedding weekend. We will handle any vendor payments that are due the day of the wedding
- Coordinator visit to both the ceremony and reception sites (usually one month prior to the wedding), to finalize all plans
- Development of time lines, so that the ceremony and reception progress just as planned. We’ll ensure that everyone is where they should be when they should be! We will prompt the bride, groom, and family members for important moments, such as cake cutting, the toasts, and first dance.
- Wedding rehearsal coverage, if requested
- Full day wedding coverage to ensure that the ceremony and reception flow as planned
- Collection of gifts and personal items following the reception; delivery as requested.
